Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Let cool on a wire rack.
