Ingredients
  

  • For the Beef Patties:
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • For the Burrito:
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sliced pickles
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • ¼ cup burger sauce mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard mix

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Beef Patties
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, crumbled bacon, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Mix gently until just combined (do not overwork).
  • Divide into four equal portions and shape into thin, wide patties (so they fit well inside the tortilla).
  • Step 2: Cook the Patties
  • Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Cook each patty for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Burrito
  • Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Sprinkle ¼ cup shredded cheese in the center.
  • Place a cooked burger patty on top of the cheese.
  • Add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and diced onions.
  • Drizzle with burger sauce.
  • Step 4: Wrap and Toast the Burrito
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly like a burrito.
  • Place the burrito seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Toast for 2 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
  • Step 5: Serve
  • Slice in half and serve hot with fries or a side salad.

Add avocado or jalapeños for extra flavor.
Swap cheddar for pepper jack for a spicy twist.
