  • Place the pan in the freezer for about 2 hours until the mixture is semi-frozen, with a firm edge and a slightly soft center.
  • Spread the semi-frozen mixture thinly and evenly across the pan using a metal scraper, ensuring an even consistency. Freeze for an additional 1-2 hours until completely solid.
  • Scrape and roll the frozen mixture into beautiful spirals using metal spatulas, working swiftly to prevent melting.
  • Incorporate assorted mix-ins like fruit, cookies, or chocolate into the rolled ice cream, distributing them evenly as you continue to roll for added flavor and texture.
  • Serve the rolled ice cream immediately to enjoy the best texture and presentation, topping it with your favorite sauces and additional toppings for a delightful homemade treat.
