Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Mix the Cheese Base
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, and mayonnaise.
  • Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat until smooth and well-blended.
  • Step 2: Add Seasonings and Pecans
  • Add in the chopped pecans, green onions, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Mix everything together with a spatula until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Step 3: Shape the Cheese Ring
  • Spoon the cheese mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap.
