Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups sliced peaches
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Combine the oats, brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour, and salt in a bowl. Add the cold, cubed butter and blend until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the sliced peaches with lemon juice, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, and ground cinnamon until the peaches are coated evenly.
  • Spread the peach mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the oat mixture over the peaches, covering them completely.
  • Bake the crisp in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until the topping turns golden brown and the peach filling bubbles. Let it cool slightly before serving.
