Ingredients
For the Shrimp:

peeled and deveined

Salt and pepper to taste
For the Rice and Toppings:

cooked white rice

ripe avocado
sliced

lime juice
For the Spicy Sauce:

sour cream

hot sauce

Instructions
Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp and season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Step 2: Prepare the Rice and Toppings
While the shrimp cooks, prepare the white rice and keep warm.
Slice the avocado and drizzle with lime juice.
Step 3: Make the Spicy Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, hot sauce, and lime juice. Adjust salt and spice to taste.
Step 4: Assemble the Dish
Place the cooked rice in bowls.
Top with the garlic butter shrimp and sliced avocado.
Drizzle with the spicy sauce and serve immediately.

Add a handful of cilantro or green onions for extra freshness.
