Fried Chicken and Lettuce Wrapped in Tortilla with Caesar Dressing

A lighter twist on a classic fried chicken wrap, using lettuce instead of a tortilla, and drizzling with creamy Caesar dressing.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 fried chicken tenders
  • 1 head romaine lettuce leaves separated
  • 2 tbsp Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tomato sliced

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Fry the Chicken
  • Fry the chicken tenders in hot oil until crispy and golden, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
  • Step 2: Prepare the Wrap
  • Take large romaine lettuce leaves and lay them flat on a plate.
  • Place a fried chicken tender in the center of each lettuce leaf.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Wrap
  • Drizzle with Caesar dressing, then top with shredded parmesan and tomato slices.
  • Wrap the lettuce around the chicken like a taco.
