Baked Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients
  

  • 9 lasagna noodles cooked
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the ricotta mixture: Mix ricotta, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Assemble the lasagna:
  • Spread ½ cup marinara sauce at the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Layer 3 lasagna noodles, followed by ricotta mixture, chicken, and marinara.
  • Repeat layers and finish with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Cover with foil for the first 25 minutes, then remove for browning.
