Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups broccoli florets steamed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
  • While the chicken bakes, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped dill, and lemon juice to make the dill sauce. Mix well.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, plate the chicken breasts and serve with steamed broccoli and a generous drizzle of dill sauce.
  • Serve hot and enjoy a balanced, comforting meal.
