Ingredients

  • Gently fold in the finely chopped apples until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop mounds of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the fritters for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the fritters to cool slightly before dusting them with powdered sugar.
