brown sugar

Worcestershire sauce

apple cider vinegar

garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Drain excess fat and add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Step 2: Add the Sauce
Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
Step 3: Assemble the Sandwiches
Toast the hamburger buns in a skillet or oven.
Spoon the sloppy joe mixture onto the bottom bun, then top with the other half.
